Aquacuture Use
Aquasan is a semi-herbal preparation.
Aquasan has a broad spectrum of activity. Aquasan helps in prevention of
water pollution and controlling incidence of many microbial diseases among
prawns and fishes. Aquasan does not get affected by the organic matter,
hardness and acting in a wide range of salinity and pH. Aquasan is
superior than some of the sanitizers commonly used namely Iodine, Bromine,
BKC, etc.
COMPOSITION
Aquasan has an anti microbial compound
extracted from certain herbs along with aromatic organic compounds and
emulsifying base consists of terpeneols, polyphenols, etc.
ADVANTAGES
- Aquasan
activity against Vibrio
is excellent.
- Broad
spectrum bactericide, fungicide, vibriocide and has effects against
certain pathogenic protozoans.
- Aquasan
cures broken appendages, tail rot, gill rot, red gill and
swollen gill.
- Aquasan
helps to induce moulting.
- Aquasan
improves health of the prawn, growth rate and does not change the
parameters of the pond.
APPLICATION & DOSAGES
Dilute and mix required quantity of
Aquasan in 100 liters of water and apply throughout the pond. Apply
Aquasan in daytime for better results.
Prawn/shrimp ponds
: 3-5 liters per hectare pond (1 mt. Water depth
Fish ponds : 5-7 liters per hectare pond (1.5 mts.water depth)
Avoid contact with skin and eyes. Do not mix with other types of
disinfectants, which could reduce the efficiency of this product.
