Whether the products contain any human or animal pathogens?

No. They are screened for the presence of any human pathogen during or after the manufacture and are packed meticulously until dispatch. However, presence of common aerial contaminants in a negligible numbers cannot be ruled out as is common in any product including food and non-parenteral medicines.

Whether the products can be used after the intended date of expiry?

Some of the products like "Probiotics" can be used after expiry too but in increased quantities, as we expect only the number of microbes would have decreased and the efficiency come down but is not harmful. We, however, do not suggest any alternative doses or no claims of inefficiency are entertained by us.

Whereas the products like feed binder or media for probiotics could pose problem and the company has made no attempt to study the property of the products after their expiry.

Can the external conditions like humidity and temperature will affect the products?

Please refer to the individual brochures to this regard.

Is there any warranty given on the products?

No. However, in the case of genuine problem encountered, we might replace the product at our own discretion provided the conditions of storage and use are adhered to.

We, however, will not cover any compensation arising out of use or misuse of our products.

Whether any certification is done on the quality of the product by the accredited laboratories of the country of origin?

Normally, we check the quality in our own facility by experts in the field. In case of bulk orders, we could get it certified by the accredited laboratories in the country. In case the importer requires it, otherwise mentioned above, the party needs to pay for such charges.

Do you have a product support?

Can the dosage mentioned be different under any condition?

You are right! It could vary in certain cases. For example, the dosage of "Probiotics" can be different depending on the pond conditions and the pathogen load. It could also slightly vary due to the climatic conditions though we had taken care of it considering the International Market.
